AMSYS itself is not certified, but uses the templates of a certified company for its quality management. For example, product traceability, documented complaint handling, business processes, rule communication, data protection, etc. are firmly established processes at AMSYS.

RoHS (Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances) is the directive on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. Hereby, AMSYS GmbH & Co. KG confirms to the best of its knowledge and based on information from its suppliers that all sensors supplied by AMSYS are in compliance with EU Directive 2011/65 / EU and their expansion 2015/863 regarding the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electronic systems.

Statement on REACH (EC No. 1907/2006)

AMSYS operates according to EU Regulation 1907/2006 (REACH-VO) of 18 December 2006 as a downstream user. According to our suppliers (sensors manufacturers), the products supplied by AMSYS contain no substances from the current list of candidates (SVHC list) in a concentration of more than 0.1% by mass.

The update of the candidate list is regularly reviewed and evaluated by AMSYS. If the products are affected by a change in the candidate list, the customers will be informed accordingly.
