SM30F – medium pressure sensor die

The SM30F is a silicon micro-machined, piezoresistive pressure sensing die.

This pressure die is available for full-scale ranges from 0-5 to 150 psi. Both open-bridge and closed-bridge versions are available. This pressure chip has a cost-saving tiny size and good temperature stability. It is ideal for OEM and high-volume applications.

The wafer comes prepared in die form, which can be mounted on ceramic on a variety of substrates or packages as part of an OEM system. They also may be packaged into proprietary or application specific sensor lines.

The SM30F pressure dies are electrically probed, diced, inspected and shipped on bluefoil frame. Electronic wafer mapping is provided with each wafer.
