AMSYS expands its product portfolio with the new P.Trace pressure transmitter, which stands out for its compact design, high media resistance, and robustness. The P.Trace is specifically designed for continuous industrial use and is ideal for applications that require precise pressure measurement under demanding conditions.
The P.Trace is one of the smallest sensors with a ceramic measuring cell on the market, yet it remains extremely durable. Its housing is made of solid stainless steel and meets the IP68 protection rating, providing optimal protection against dust and water ingress. This makes it ideal for harsh industrial environments where high reliability and longevity are essential.
The sensor is also highly resistant to aggressive media. Thanks to its ceramic measuring cell, it offers excellent resistance to corrosive gases, hydraulic oils, and other chemical substances. As a result, it is perfectly suited for applications in hydraulics, automation technology, pneumatics, vacuum technology, and the packaging industry.
Flexible Customization Options and Easy Integration
The P.Trace is available with various process connections, including G1/4″ external or internal threads. The electrical connection is made via an M12 4-pin connector, enabling quick and secure integration into existing systems. Depending on the application, different sealing materials such as NBR, FKM, and EPDM can be selected to ensure optimal compatibility with the measured medium.
The analog output signal is available in different variants, including 0–10 V, 1–10 V, and 4–20 mA, allowing seamless integration into common industrial systems. With a high measurement accuracy of ±0.5% FS and a long-term drift of no more than 0.1% FS per year, the P.Trace ensures reliable and long-lasting operation.
AMSYS is pleased to offer the P.Trace as another high-quality pressure transmitter that meets the demands of modern industrial applications.
