P.Core – ATEX-certified pressure switch with IO-Link

The programmable pressure switch P.Core is one of the smallest switches with a ceramic pressure measuring cell, yet thanks to its stainless-steel housing and IP68 protection class, it is extremely robust and certified explosionproof according to ATEX standards. In addition, IO-Link programming provides high flexibility and connectivity—making it ideal for continuous industrial use.

The smaller sibling of the P.Touch, which can also be programmed via a touch display, combines the proven robustness and accuracy of the ceramic measuring cell with two freely programmable switching outputs, all in an even more compact design. The P.Core is therefore a versatile pressure switch for local switching tasks while still being fully network-capable via IO-Link. For simple pressure measurements, the P.Trace pressure transmitter with an analog output completes the sensor family.

It is available for a range of pressure levels from vacuum up to 600 bar:

The P.Core is available with either a G1/4″ male or female thread. The electrical connection is made via the widely used M12 connector. To perfectly adapt it to the measured medium, you can choose between three different sealing materials: NBR, FKM, and EPDM.
