temperature sensor TSYS02P
The TSYS02P is an analog temperature sensor distinguished by its high level of miniaturization and high accuracy. The sensor is suitable for use in battery-operated devices.
The analog single-chip temperature sensor enables the measured digital 16-bit temperature to be calibrated and outputs this as a PWM signal.
The TSYS02P is convincing with its degree of accuracy, extremely low current consumption and low level of self-heating. Its small size and supply voltage make the temperature sensor particularly suitable for use in mobile, battery-operated applications.
The TSYS02 family includes the TSYS02P(PWM) and the TSYS02D.
