Together with a standard Windows PC with a USB port the AMS 5105 USB starter kit enables quick and easy configuration and adjustment of the switching outputs on pressure sensors/switches in the AMS 5105 series. With the software included in the delivery the starter kit can be used to configure the two independent AMS 5105 switching outputs as openers, closers or window comparators (window comparator mode) and to set the switching threshold, switching hysteresis and switching delay.

The corrected digital pressure and temperature values computed internally on the AMS 5105 can also be read out for analysis.
